(1)1日1000語以上、人と話す。難しいなら、『天声人語』を音読する
(2)0時から3時は「寝ていなくてはいけない」時間。寝ることによって、記憶が処理される
(3)1時間に1回は必ず体を動かす。歩くことがベターだが、視点を動かしたり手を上げるだけでもだいぶ変わる
(4)面倒を避けない。怒られること、面倒を掛けられることは脳にとっては「薬」である
